I sell a lot of these.
I sell a lot of these. I made one and sold it this week that was really short, to be used next to a low bed, like a nightstand.
Why can't I be there?
Everything was cooler back then. Look, he is not fake tanned and bedazzled from head to toe, driving in an suv with giant over sized wheels, listening to horrible music while texting his bff, on the way to the club to stand around and bounce their head while staring at everyone and checking the grease in their hair to make sure it did not move. OH, I am sorry. I did not know that came out on the computer.
I want to go back in time
I would love to be back in this shot. This is the coolest picture I have ever seen. I would like to be there if this guy was going to try and fly.
Live and work
This is where I want to live and work, and also the secret entrance to my basement workshop. At least this is what I imagine it to look like.

New custom order media cabinet
New custom order media cabinet. This is going to be an all metal media cabinet.with lots of shelves inside and doors. It is going to mimic the media cabinets that Restoration Hardware sells. The only differences are that the one I build will last forever and its not going to cost as much for something that is mass produced. Don't get me wrong about Restoration Hardware, because I think they build nice things, but it is a mass produced product and touched by many different people who may or may not be great craftsmen. The things I build are one of a kind, and only worked on by me, and I take a whole lot of steps to insure mine will last forever.
reclaimed wood rolling shelf
I bought some really cool reclaimed wood from a barn from Wyoming, and I am going to make a shelf system with wheels on it.

Looking for inspiration
I am spending the whole day looking through pics I have that I like and looking for inspiration. I know most of the things I like have nothing to do with furniture, but this is where I get my ideas.

Starting some new things
I will be updating some pics soon. I have a really nice media cabinet I have just started that is a custom order, and I am crating the bath vanity I just finished to get ready to ship. I wrecked my truck last week and just learned today that it is going away. Insurance is saying total wreck, so this is slowing me down just a little, but I am still trying to get as much work done as I can in between all the phone calls, and visits from the insurance people. Like I said a couple posts ago, I have some really nice reclaimed rough sawn pine, that I am going to build a rolling shelf piece with.

Just completed
This is a custom project I did for someone who is going to use this as a bath vanity. It worked out really nice, and has really nice reclaimed wood which is amazing.

New listings on Etsy
I decided to refresh some of my past listings on Etsy that I really liked and would not mind building again. I do not currently have them in stock, but if they are wanted and bought from Etsy, as everyone knows my lead time is quite short. I listed a lead time of two weeks or less and it usually is less. I think maybe sometime people do not look through the sold section of things I have sold in the past and it was a good idea to start offering some of those things while I build others and finish custom orders.

New piece
I just picked up some wood, that would be perfect for a shelf system like this. The only difference is I will actually fabricate some things instead of just bolt together like this company did. Mine will actually have a lot of work and time.

Another step with this little table
A custom little console table. Its a version of a bigger table I have for sale on Etsy. It looks just like it, except smaller.
